STORY3 Capital Partners Completes Successful Exit of Its Structured Investment In Global Luxury Brand

STORY3 Capital Partners (“STORY3”) today announced it completed the successful exit of its structured investment backed by a global luxury brand earlier than the expected maturity date.

STORY3 made the initial $200 million investment in May 2024, resulting in an attractive equity return in less than 22 months. The investment was structured as an over-collateralized, short-dated term loan that was secured by a robust collateral package, including all of the equity of a leading, privately-held global luxury brand and certain hard assets.
